Zhoushan Island-Connection Project is one section of the horizontal among the Zhejiang Expressway Plan "two vertical, two horizontal, eighteen connection, three around and three passage". The second phase is composed of Jintang Bridge, Xi Houmen Bridge and its link line, with a length of 32.1 km and total investment of 9.15 billion RMB.
