The extension project of Ningbo Daqi Harbour-Connection Highway is an important port connection path, which shares the same starting point as Tongsan Expressway and extends northeast to the second and third phase container dock in Beilun. The whole line has a length of 5.042 km and the standard of bi-directional four lanes, designed speed of 100km and engineering estimate of 646.4 million RMB. The construction of it will improve the connection function of Ningbo expressway network, promote comprehensive competition ability of Ningbo port, improve Beilun regional highway network and alleviate traffic pressure in the downtown of Beilun.
